Difflugia sandbergi Schönborn, 1966
Diagnosis: Test strongly compressed with parallel sides, fundus flat. Pseudostom oval and straight truncated. Test hyaline, covered with diatom frustules, in between with scattered quartz pieces.
Dimensions: Length 35.2 – 39.0 µm; width 26.3 – 28.5, thickness 13.2 – 14.0 µm.
Ecology: Fresh water; Wet sphagnum in a small moor (Abiskotal), Lapland, Schweden.
