Diagnosis: Test cylindroid, round base, constricted at Short neck with 4 ridges, like waterjar with handles; chitinoid; embedded siliceous particles. Pseudostome round.

Ecology: Feeding: herbivorous. Habitat: warm freshwater, on plants, Africa.
