Nebela carinatella Beyens & Chardez, 1982

Diagnosis: Shell broad pyriform, with smooth rounded fundus; shell compressed, with two short lateral “keels” or wings in the curve between collar and shell body. Shell chitinoid, encrusted with polymorphic scales of endogenic origin.

Dimensions: length: 69-87 µm (mean 79), breadth: 51-69 µm (mean 61).

Ecology: Small fen bogs, Campina, Belgium

Remarks: This is probably a Porosia species.
